Junk Removal Baltimore

I elected to contact BumbleJunk after reading a good review of their services and the fact that they have an "eco-friendly" philosophy concerning the disposal of junk. We used them to help us with removing junk and old furniture and appliances from my deceased Father's home in downtown Baltimore. The response and service provided was exceptional in every way and I do not exaggerate. Starting with a prompt return of my initial call for information, they arrived on time with a highly professional and positive attitude. We walked through the house to calculate what needed to be done and a reasonable quotation was promptly provided. Then the crew went to work. I've never experienced better and more friendly service by such a large crew. They moved quickly and worked exceptionally hard throughout the entire day without a single complaint or remark. Keep in mind this was a narrow, three story home filled with things accumulated over 50 years. They always inquired about specific items when they weren't sure about what we wanted to do with them. They removed every item with care and disassembled anything that would not fit through doors or passageways. They solved knotty removal problems with ease and with a cheerful disposition. Most importantly, as the job evolved during the day, they reassessed their labor needs to meet our deadline of clearing the home by the end of the day. More crew members and bigger trucks arrived to pick up slack. To a person, everyone was courteous and enthusiastic about what they did and how they did it. It's really difficult to find this level of service today and, combined with a most reasonable cost, I cannot offer a better recommendation for their services. A great company with great values and great people. This is a company that is going to do very well in this niche business.
